Controller Coverage
Controller coverage is a subscription based service that has been designed for the piece of mind of our customers.

With all plans ranging from basic to premium, all repair claims must be made by emailing us at support@gsirepairs.com for booking. 

Customers may only send in up to 2 repairs every 3 months as part of all membership tiers. 

We are at no point liable for postage to our facility. We will not take responsibility for further damaged controllers from shipping and can refuse to work on any controller at any time and have the right to choose if it is appropriate to inform the customer for rejecting the claim.

Customers will be covered with this membership with an unlimited number of controllers which they may own and would like to get repaired. 

Minimum period of coverage for all tiers is 6 months from first payment until user may cancel subscription. 

We do not at this time offer any board level repairs so repairs such as a PS5 controller charging port replacement will not be accepted. 

Subscribers of our premium subscription are entitled to one cosmetic damage repair per 6 months (subject to stock availability).

Any controllers sent in with no issues will be sent back at the customers expense.

Billing will be taken on the 6th of every month  

Individual problems will count as one claim. This means that sending in one controller with 2 problems or more will count as 2 repairs.

We reserve the right to cancel any customers membership at any given time.
