FAQ

1. Where should I mail my devices?

We would recommend the use of 1st Class Signed For Royal Mail or Special Delivery. Customers can usually post it at the nearest Post Office or can use a home collection service. Customers can also use any other shipping service as they wish including Evri.

2. How long does the average mail-in service take?

Depending on your subscription level, your turnaround time for your device will vary. It can vary from the device being repaired between 1 working day to 3 working days depending on subscription tiers. All devices are shipped out with next day delivery to make sure that our customers get their device as soon as possible.

3. What is your policy on accepting repairs from other countries?

We do not currently accept repairs from anywhere outside of the UK. We will be looking to update this very soon so that many others can benefit from this service.

Thank you for reading about our mail-in repair service. Please get in touch at: support@gsirepairs.com if we can help with any questions.

  • Are the Parts Genuine?

We do not use genuine parts for our standard repair, however, subject to availability, you may request the use of original parts. Our parts are of high quality and to the same standard as their genuine/original counterparts.

  • Does It Matter If My Parts Are Genuine?

Genuine parts are not necessarily 'better' than other parts. Our parts perform the same as any original part would which means that you will never need to worry about quality. All of our parts are new and will perform to the same standard as their original counterparts.

  • What is The Secure Packaging Box?

The secure packaging box is a special phone box in which your device can be safely packaged in and sent back to you after repair, in a way that minimises any chance of further damage to your device during shipping.
